Meet Aimee

Hi, I’m Aimee O’Gara, a yoga teacher, retreat host, and passionate traveler. My journey with yoga began over a decade ago after an injury left me in chronic pain. Through yoga, I discovered not just physical healing but a profound connection to strength, balance, and self-discovery.

Since completing my 200-hour teacher training in 2016, I’ve taught over 2,000 classes in styles ranging from vinyasa flow to yin, sculpt, and restorative yoga. My classes are a blend of strength and softening, designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward growth and inner peace.

In 2024, I hosted my first luxury yoga retreat in Tulum—a dream I’d been manifesting for years. This retreat brought together an incredible group of people for an unforgettable experience of movement, mindfulness, and community. It was the first of many retreats I plan to host as part of my business, Adventures with Aimee.

When I’m not on the mat, you can find me running, surfing, exploring new countries, or planning my next adventure. With a love for connecting people and creating transformative experiences, I aim to inspire others to embrace both the challenges and beauty of their own journeys.
